Our Story

What started years ago at Bridgeville Day on the Ave. in 1980 with one woman and her family-favorite recipes has now become notorious in the local community as the best Ribs and Brisket around! Minney's Que is the culmination of a family who loves their community and has a knack for amazing Barbeque!

The driving force behind Minney's Que has switched over the multiple generations that it has been in business, but the heart of our purpose remains... to make money to put on our family reunions! Lead by our "Board of Elders" each generation has lovingly put their flare on the offerings (Between Grandma Minney's Rib Recipe to Aunt Melzie's sauces to Phoenix's Brisket) and the logistics of how we run.
